- Your full legal name and a valid email address and phone number.
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed (title, description, and, if available, registration number).
- A URL or other precise location(s) on emuapps.com where the allegedly infringing material appears.

- A statement, made in good faith, that you believe the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- A handwritten or electronic signature (typed name is acceptable) and the date.
How we handle notices
- Upon receipt of a proper DMCA notice we will review the claim promptly.
- If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the alleged infringing content and notify the content contributor where appropriate.
- We may retain a copy of the notice and related correspondence for our records.
- We aim to respond to valid notices within 48–72 hours of receipt, where practicable.
Counter‑Notice (If you believe content was removed in error)
If you are the content owner or the content was removed in error, you may submit a counter‑notice to [email protected] including:
- Your full legal name, postal address, and telephone number.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal (URL).
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district where your address is located (or, if outside the United States, consenting to an appropriate jurisdiction), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
- Your signature (electronic/typed name acceptable) and the date.
After receiving a valid counter‑notice we will provide a copy to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.
Repeat Infringers
emuapps.com will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
